Best Essential Oils to Beat the Winter Cold & Flu!!

 

 

Ever since I started using essentials oils my whole life has changed.

The great thing about essential oils is that there is one for everything!!! Since winter is coming so is the the colds/ flue season. Let’s start building up the immune system now, to beat the chances of getting sick.

 

Below is a list of the top essential oils to help boost the immune system! I have listed their top properties and how to use them. I also added my favorite cold and flue remedies. How to use essential oils!

 

Topically (T): Apply directly of affected areas, or bottom of the feet.

Aromatic (A): Inhale from cupped hands or diffuse into the air.

Internal(I): Take in capsule, glass of water, or on/under tongue.

Here are some of my favorite remedies I use when I am feeling sick!

 

 

Cold & Flu Bomb

5 drops on guard

5 drops Melaleuca

3 drops oregano

Place in an empty capsule and swallow.

Repeat every three to four hours while symptoms last.

 

Cold & Flue Drink

2 drops lavender

2 drops lemon

2 drops peppermint

2 drops melaleuca

Mix oils in ½ cup water. Add another ½ cup water, stir, and drink.

 

Seasonal Summer –To-Fall Blend

3 drops clove

2 drops white fir

4 drops lemon

Rub on the bottom of feet five consecutive nights. Helps protect

Against seasonal and environmental elements.
