This Wednesday, March, 15th we will be introducing Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is also known as yogic sleep or sleep with awareness. This guided practice of relaxation and meditation is known to bring physical benefits such as reduced stress and better sleep, and has the potential to heal psychological wounds. As a meditation practice, it can bring about a profound sense of joy, well- being and purpose.This class will be combined with Yin practice to lengthen the deep tissue of the body and further release muscle tension. These two healing modalities together create a full relaxation experience.
